Whether you are a beginner or at the advanced level I can bring new and exciting challenges to your exercise regiment.
Most trainers specialize in only one type of training method, however I use several different training methods which consistently changing on a per session basis.
I also teach routines that you can do on your own. With the use of exercise equipment such as free weights, medicine and stability balls, and resistance bands I combine core, calisthenics, boxing and interval training, to assist in free motion exercises that cover more muscle groups than stationary machines.
If your needs are to gain, lose, or maintain weight I can help you reach your goal.
Regardless of your current fitness level, if you possess the necessary dedication and willpower there isn’t any fitness challenge that I can’t help you over come.
